By registering and logging in to the Omaidea participation platform, the user accepts the terms of service and undertakes to comply with them.
In the service, you can participate in public debate and social influence by sharing opinions and sharing your own ideas. Ideas given by others can be commented on and supported. Various opinion polls and surveys can also be held on ideas to influence which ideas are promoted. The service can also be used to collect and share other information and material related to sustainable local development.
By logging in to the service, you agree that the comments you submit and the ideas you enter will be published and that they may be edited or deleted by the administrator if they are considered offensive or otherwise inappropriate.
All content provided by the user to the service is public and the user gives permission to publish this information. The user must have rights to the information entered on the site. University of Helsinki has the right to use user-generated content for service development and research. University of Helsinki is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the service.
The user operates in the service as himself/herself. Impersonation is prohibited. Users are responsible for the legality of the content they enter into the service. The University of Helsinki has the right to remove content from the service and modify public content to suit the purpose of the service. This right does not apply to opinion polls or votes that cannot be changed after an opinion has been given.
University of Helsinki is committed to the protection of personal data. Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties or used for purposes other than matters related to the use of the www.omaidea.fi service. For more information see the Registry Description and Privacy section.
University of Helsinki reserves the right to change the terms of use. Changes to them will be announced through the service.
