In the idea competition, we challenged especially the youth in the Mikkeli region to share ideas on food waste mitigation. Ideas could be, for example, tried out recipes that utilize waste food. Once we had the proposed ideas on the platform, there was a public voting for the best. The three most supported ideas to mitigate the food waste were rewarded with a gift card of 25 € each. Check them out!
